Lot's of folks "go to the gym" ... very few actually "train". Real training requires a plan and some realistic goals... it would also help if those goals included some type of competition or event to drive your training and test your progress and methods.
We provide a proper environment to further those ends.
We offer instruction and programming for strength training, olympic weightlifting, strength and conditioning for sport as well as GPP (general physical preparedness). We also offer the opportunity to compete as a member of our weightlifting team! Men and women, boys and girls of all abilities and ages are welcome!
