Our barbell strength program is offered for any committed beginner or novice weightlifter, or the long time amateur lifter looking to improve technique and increase useful strength . You will learn and train the Squat, Press, Deadlift, Bench Press and Power Clean as well as assistance exercises for building strength. These lifts are the fundamental, functional compound movements that have proven best at building strength and size. Our coached program is designed for linear progression (you keep getting stronger!) and tailored to the individual lifter. We provide complete and ongoing instruction on proper and efficient technique, nutritional guidance, and constant, hands on, coaching and supervision of your progress.
