Our Olympic weightlifting program is offered for beginners through advanced weightlifters. Learn and train the "Clean and Jerk" and the "Snatch" and their various assistance exercises and progressions. This program is designed to complement your current fitness and/ or strength and conditioning program or as a stand alone training regimen. No other training builds athletic speed, power and strength like the traditional Olympic lifts. This is the ONLY weightlifting style contested in the summer Olympics, hence the name. We program for, administer to and coach each athlete based on their own abilities and goals. Wether you just want a "new" way to workout, need strength and conditioning for a sport or you would like to compete in weightlifting meets, we WILL train you.
